I work with you in person or by video call. When a project is large enough to need it, we look at bringing in a team of senior engineers to back the development of what we plan together.
I look at your company, find where it gets stuck and design a strategy with you to improve how it operates, grounded in real data. Technology is how those proposals get delivered: less friction through software built for you, time recovered through automation, and information that travels better through knowledge bases and AI.

That base can be an ERP you already run, to which we connect the AI module — or, if you have none, we gather the information scattered around the company into a single repository and put it to productive use. On top of it sits an AI agent that answers, learns and automates processes with your organisation’s own criteria and context.

For projects whose technical or implementation complexity goes beyond what I can cover on my own, I work alongside professional software engineers who back that part of the development.
